Our Belief

Serving others is an act of faith. Because Christ first loved us, we are called to reflect His love by caring for those in need. Through the Helping Hands Program, we strive to be faithful stewards of God’s grace, using our gifts to serve our community.

About Helping Hands

At Kirkland Residential and Property Solutions, we believe that everything we do should reflect the love and grace of God. Scripture calls us to serve others, especially the most vulnerable, using the talents and resources He has given us. Through the Helping Hands Initiative, we provide free labor for essential home repairs to seniors, disabled individuals, and low-income families who need assistance but may not have the means to afford it.

This initiative is more than just fixing homes—it is an act of love, faith, and service, a way to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community. We believe that no one should have to live in unsafe conditions simply because they cannot afford repairs. By meeting these practical needs, we hope to not only restore homes but also provide encouragement, dignity, and hope to those we serve.

When you choose Kirkland Residential and Property Solutions, you're not just investing in your home—you’re investing in your community. We dedicate 10% of all profits to the Helping Hands Initiative, allowing us to provide free home repairs for those in need.

Our mission is simple: to honor God by serving others.

    • Labor is provided at no cost for approved applicants.

    • Clients cover materials and supplies (some exceptions apply).

    • A limited number of free service projects are taken on each month.

While we respect and appreciate all those with disabilities, our program is designed to assist those with sever physical limitations. We trust you to determine with honesty if you fall under this category. We will never ask you what your disability is, only how it effects your mobility.

No formal income verification is required, but applicants may be asked for details about their situation. Referrals from churches, nonprofits, and community leaders are welcome.
